Welcome to Drs Mirza & Partners

We aim to provide a high standard of medical care in a friendly and professional manner.

All clinical contact is by appointment only. Appointments with a Nurses or HCA may be booked up to six weeks in advance at reception. All other appointments are requested online and triaged to be seen by the clinician most suitable for your requirements, this may be a Doctor, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse, Clinical pharmacist etc. Appointment requests may also be referred to our colleagues in community pharmacies, or in the Hatters health Network.

Out of Hours

Outside our Monday to Friday opening hours, and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays, your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.

The NHS 111 service is intended to provide URGENT medical attention for ill patients. If it is abused by calling for non emergencies which could wait until the next surgery, other patients could be put at risk.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Extended Hours

From 1st October 2022 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) will deliver Enhanced Services offering appointments from 6.30pm – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am -5pm on Saturdays.

PCNs are groups of GP Practices working together to improve care, Hatters Health PCN is the Network made up of Bute House Medical Centre, Leagrave Surgery, Lister House Surgery, Oakley Surgery, Dr Mirza & Partners and Sundon Medical Centre.
You may be contacted to attend an appointment at any of our practices, all information will be shared with you registered GP and your clinical records updated.

This will support easier access to primary care services so please do support by keeping your appointment whenever possible.
